2024 Sign Up Forms Checklist

The Items Outlined below MUST be Submitted Prior to 2-1-2024

Shooters with missing team information will not be allowed to practice until all the forms below are completed

□   Hunter safety completed

·         Inform head coach of Hunter ID number when complete

·         Must be completed prior to Ashland pre-squad event

·         Online hunters’ safety attendees (under 16) must attend in person Hunt Safe session before hunter safety is complete

□   Online Team Application Form (club website)

□   2024 Nonrefundable administrative fees of $75.00

□   4H registration

□   4-H team volunteer registration (for coaches and volunteers only)

□   TeamSnap APP downloaded and updated for team communications
